So, you are tired all the time. And because of it you are struggling to keep up with your life and responsibilities. For some time you have been asking yourself «why am I always tired?» and you have come online to try to find your answers.
This is a common scenario, more so than you think. In fact, almost 300 people search the phrase «why am I always tired» in Google every day. And if you add related phrases such as «why am I so tired» and «tired all the time», the number is well more than 1000.
One may think that this is an easy question to answer, but if you have spent some time online looking for answers you know already that it is not. You have a problem and you are looking for an answer (a cure even) but everywhere you look there is another easy answer to find from someone eager to give (or sell) it to you.
The fact is, there are MANY possible causes for tiredness. There are many different medical conditions and situations that share this symptom, and finding a whole bunch of possible answers really does not help you find YOUR answers.
This is a very frustrating situation. And it was my situation for years. I was tired all the time, but I did not get any straight answers (not even from the doctor). In the end, I had to burn out completely – spend 7 months out of work and 2 long years of recovery – before I could find my answer; post viral fatigue.
I would like to help you find out why you are so tired all the time. And I’m not saying that MY answer is the same as YOUR answer. I’m saying that I would like to help you along your way so you can get back to living your life as you want (and should).
I don`t want ANYONE to suffer what I went through. You have my support. And you will find your answers.
More later on how to do it.

Dear Chris,
I want you thank you for sharing your story about being tired all the time. I am 47 years old, and suffer tiredness all day, everyday. I feel like a slug most of the time. I have no energy, not much of an appetite, and my stomach hurts a lot with heartburn. This has been going on for about 2 years now. Do you have any suggestions.
